General Instructions

• Examinees must verify the school/building assignments at www.prc.gov.ph or the nearest PRC office 2–3 working days before the exam date.
• Report to the assigned school/building before 5:30 A.M. on the first day. Late examinees will not be admitted.

Bring the Following

• Notice of Admission (NOA)
• Official Receipt
• Two or more No. 2 pencils
• Ballpen with BLACK ink
• One (1) piece long brown envelope
• One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope
• Health Forms (Pursuant to Joint Administrative Order No. 01 s. 2020)

Dress Code

• Female: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white stockings (without school insignia/logo)
• Male: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks (without school insignia/logo)
• Pregnant Examinees: White clinical scrub suit

Health Protocols

• Observe physical distancing and all health protocols.
• Use of face mask is required at all times.

Prohibited Items

• Books, notes, review materials, or any printed materials
• Calculators, mobile phones, smart watches, cameras, or any electronic gadgets
• Bags of any kind (ladies' bags, pouches, backpacks, etc.)
